Donnan Oyler
Chief Pilot & Director of Operations
With over 17 years in the insurance industry, Donnan leads Spyglass Aerial at the intersection of risk management and drone innovation. A licensed FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot and multi-state P&C insurance broker, he specializes in thermal imaging, construction tracking, Mapping, and pre/post-claim inspections. His combined field experience and technical expertise ensure every mission is executed with precision, safety, and purpose.

Parker Oyler
Field Tech & Mission Support Specialist
Parker is a high school student, avid outdoorsman, and Donnan’s right-hand man in the field. As a trained Visual Observer, he assists with drone setup, battery management, and mission safety. Now working toward his FAA Part 107 certification, Parker is building hands-on skills in aerial mapping, thermal imaging, and logistics. His passion for hunting and wildlife drives a growing expertise in thermal-based deer recovery and search operations—where instinct meets technology for real-world results.
Rylee Oyler
Visual Media Lead & Remote Pilot – Savannah
Rylee is an FAA Part 107 certified Remote Pilot and a SCAD student majoring in Production Design with a Business minor. Photoshop certified and creatively driven, she leads Spyglass Aerial’s visual direction—specializing in editing, aerial and ground photography, and post-production storytelling. Based in Savannah, Rylee blends design expertise with a pilot’s edge, bridging art and aviation to bring every mission to life.
