The purpose

Aerial coverage. Certified interpretation. A clear report.

Inspect roof areas and elevated exterior surfaces from the air, then connect temperature patterns with visual imagery and marked locations. Donnan Oyler’s Level I thermography certification supports an informed approach to image capture, interpretation, and reporting. Each assignment starts with an inspection question and an assessment of the weather, materials, timing, and access needed for useful results.

For: Commercial property owners, roofers, homeowners, and property managers.

What you receive

Defined before you book

  • A defined aerial thermal inspection plan
  • Selected thermal images and matching visual references where practical
  • Marked roof or property locations for significant observations
  • Written interpretation, scan conditions, and recommended follow-up
  • A review of the findings with the client, as scoped
Thermal imaging records surface-temperature patterns. Suspected moisture or other concerns may require on-site testing; a scan does not see through the roof or confirm every hidden defect.

What you can use

Thermal findings connected to the property.

Receive selected thermal images with visual references where practical, marked locations, recorded scan conditions, written interpretation, and recommended follow-up. Review what the patterns suggest, what remains uncertain, and where further testing may help.

Inspection · evidence · location

Put each observation in context.

Visual and thermal records from the same commercial-roof inspection. The map provides location context; the images are not a pixel-aligned comparison. Surface-temperature patterns require interpretation and appropriate follow-up.

What your project receives

Coverage. Context.
Interpretation. Reporting.

01 / AERIAL COVERAGE

See the roof in context.

Capture elevated roof areas from the air and relate individual observations to the wider property.

02 / CERTIFIED THERMOGRAPHY

Interpret the temperature pattern.

Level I training supports image capture, analysis, and a clear explanation of relevant findings and limitations.

03 / WRITTEN DELIVERABLE

Give the next person a useful record.

Thermal images, visual references, marked locations, scan conditions, and written observations support the follow-up conversation.
